• Successful treatment restores patient happiness and hospital reputation.

• Letting patients wait too long or mis-diagnosing reduces your coins and patient satisfaction.

4. Progression & Levels

• As you advance, more patients arrive faster and ailments diversify.

• Unlock upgrades—add more treatment stations, speed boosters, or automatic dispensers.

• Each round has a coin target; reach it before time runs out to advance.
